Download Welltory from the App Store or Google Play. Open it and answer a few questions about your health goals.
Grant permissions for Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS). Welltory pulls data from your fitness tracker, sleep app, and phone's built-in sensors to see the full picture.
Do your first check-in. Tap Measure on the home screen and place your finger over your phone's camera for 90 seconds. Welltory reads your heart rate variability (HRV) to gauge stress and recovery.
Connect your wearables. Tap the plus icon and search for your device (Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Apple Watch, etc.). Welltory supports 1,200+ apps and gadgets.
Check your Energy score. After a few days of data, Welltory shows a daily score (0-100) telling you how ready your body is for intense work or workouts.
Pro Tips
Check in at the same time each morning. HRV fluctuates throughout the day. Measuring right after you wake up (before coffee or scrolling) gives you the most consistent baseline.
Look at trends, not single scores. One low Energy day doesn't mean disaster. Welltory's Insights tab shows patterns over weeks - that's where you spot what actually impacts your sleep, stress, or recovery.
Use the AI Coach (in the app or via ChatGPT). Ask it specific questions like "Why is my HRV dropping?" or "What should I change to sleep better?" It analyzes your data and gives personalized suggestions.
Set stress reminders. If your stress stays high for multiple days, Welltory can ping you to do a breathing exercise or take a walk. Settings > Notifications to turn this on.
What It's NOT Good For
Medical diagnosis or treatment. Welltory measures wellness trends, not clinical conditions. If you're dealing with chronic pain, heart issues, or mental health concerns, see a doctor - don't rely on an app score.
Instant results without a wearable. The manual camera check-in works, but Welltory shines when it's pulling continuous data from a tracker. If you don't have one, you won't get the full experience.
