How To Use Intuo
Getting Started (2 minutes)
- Go to intuo.io or search for Intuo in your app store.
- Sign up with your email or Google account.
- You'll land in your dashboard. Intuo is a visual habit tracker - think of it as a combination of a to-do list and a streak calendar.
- Click Add Habit and name it (like "Read 20 pages" or "No social media before 9 AM").
- Choose your frequency: daily, certain days of the week, or X times per week.
- Each day, mark the habit complete by tapping the circle. You'll see a visual streak build - green boxes for every day you stick with it.
Habit Templates
Start with these - pick 2-3 max to avoid overwhelm.
- Morning routine stack: "Meditate 5 min," "Drink water before coffee," "Make bed." Track all three together. The visual streak makes it satisfying to keep going.
- Creative output: "Write 200 words," "Sketch for 10 min," "Practice guitar 15 min." Focus on showing up, not perfection.
- Health basics: "Walk 20 min," "No sugar," "In bed by 10:30 PM." Simple, binary yes/no habits. Easy to track.
- Learning habit: "Duolingo lesson," "Read 1 article," "Watch 1 educational video." Stack learning into small daily bites.
Pro Tips
- Start tiny. Don't track "Work out 60 minutes" when you haven't exercised in months. Track "Put on gym shoes." The bar should be so low you can't fail - the streak does the rest.
- Use the weekly view. Daily tracking is great, but the weekly grid shows patterns. If you're skipping every Saturday, that's a clue about your schedule.
- Don't break the chain. The visual streak is powerful. Once you hit 7 days, 14 days, 30 days - you won't want to see that green line break.
What It's NOT Good For
- Complex project management. Intuo is for simple, repeating habits. If you need task dependencies or deadlines, use Notion or Todoist.
- Tracking metrics like weight or steps. It's binary - you did it or you didn't. For numbers-based tracking, try Exist or Apple Health.
